What the photos show
- Warning: this gallery is mixed — 6 of the 16 photos viewed show three OTHER Thunderbirds (a black '63 hardtop, a black '66 convertible and a white late-'70s car), several carrying 'more photos coming soon' banners.
- The dusk-rose '57 this listing is actually for shows glossy paint, a white porthole hardtop, bright chrome and wide whitewalls in its own frames.
- Its bronze interior looks clean, and it is a floor-shift manual car — unusual in a '57 Bird and visible in the dash photo.
- Its engine bay holds a red Y-block with finned valve covers — tidy at this distance.
- Two underside photos are dark and show heavy surface-rust colouring on the frame and floors — too dark to judge whether it's surface or structural.
- No odometer photo in the 16 viewed.
Money: at $29,900 the car's own photos show a pretty dusk-rose '57 with the rare manual box, but with a third of the gallery showing other cars and a too-dark underside, verify in person before paying it.
