1959 Chevrolet Apache

• Turquoise '59 Apache Fleetside at GR Auto Gallery Metro Detroit; paint is glossy and bright, chrome bumpers and grille bright, side-mount spare fitted — a sharp-looking truck in the wide shots.
• One GR ruler close-up documents the flaw that matters: bubbling paint low on a door/fender seam with a rust spot breaking through at the sill edge — on these trucks that usually means more rust below the paint line, so check both sills and cab corners closely.
• Turquoise-and-white interior is covered in depth and looks fresh and clean — bench seat, dash, headliner and door cards all tidy.
• The wood bed is only glimpsed behind the cab in one frame; the bed floor is never photographed from above.
• Engine bay is never photographed in the 16 viewed — the engine can't be judged at all.
• Underside is never photographed either, despite one rear shot on lift rails.

Money: at $27,900 the gloss is doing the selling and the seller's own ruler shot shows bubbling at the sill — price in cab-corner and sill work until a lift inspection proves the rust is only skin deep.
