About this car
1966 Chevrolet Chevelle at Vanguard Motor Sales in Keel St. Plymouth, MI, $149,900. Red over - Black/White Interior - White Vinyl Headliner - Black Carpet - Finished Trunk w/ Spare Tire - Rear Bench, 37,181 miles, 2 Speed Automatic
What the photos show
- Red paint is mirror-glossy on every panel with straight reflections, the chrome looks fresh, and the Cragar-style wheels with raised-letter tyres are spotless — no paint or body budget from these photos.
- Engine bay shows an orange big-block with a 396 air-cleaner decal in a satin-black bay — tidy, dry and correctly presented.
- Interior never gets its own frame: through the rear glass the light-coloured back seat looks clean, but seats, dash and carpets can't be judged from this sample.
- A low rear shot shows a clean tank and exhaust, but there is no full underside view; two of the 16 frames are dealer advert cards.
Money: body and bay support the $149,900 ask; the cabin and a full underside view are the missing checks — get both before paying it.
