About this car
1968 Chevrolet Camaro at Volo Auto Museum Sales in Volo Village Rd. Volo, IL, $111,998. Burgundy over Tan, 6 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Black-cherry paint is deep and glossy in the two exterior frames, with hideaway headlights and polished wheels.
- Interior is a full custom tan leather cabin photographed in depth — sculpted seats, billet wheel, centre screen and cupholder console; the digital odometer reads 4,526, miles since the build.
- Two of the dash frames are the same shot used twice — filler.
- Engine bay never appears in the 16 viewed — can't judge the engine or the swap's installation.
- Underside doesn't appear in the 16 viewed either — can't judge the floors or subframe.
Money: at $111,998 the cabin is show-quality in photos and the paint looks deep, but a custom build is bought on its engine bay and underside — neither is photographed.
