About this car
1968 Mercury Cougar XR-7 at Hanksters in Hwy S Homer City, PA, $45,900. Dark Blue over White, C6 Automatic
What the photos show
- All 16 viewed frames are exterior walk-around shots in the Hanksters showroom — the lead frame carries a 'Hanksters Certified Vehicle' badge graphic.
- Deep blue metallic paint reads glossy and even from every angle, panels straight, the hidden-headlight grille and full-width tail panel crisp, chrome bumpers bright.
- Interior can't be judged — the cabin is only glimpsed through the glass; no cabin photo is in the sample.
- Engine bay can't be judged — the hood never opens in any frame.
- Underside can't be judged — there is no lift or underbody photo, and a Cougar's torque boxes and floors are exactly where the money hides.
Money: at $45,900 this is an exterior-only pitch — the blue paint is the proven part; price the car after bay, cabin and underside photos.
