What the photos show
- Gold paint is dead flat and every panel carries a thick dirt film; rust is breaking through at the door bottoms and sills, and the bed is loaded with loose parts, including a complete orange-painted small-block engine sitting in it.
- Black vinyl bench interior is present and in one piece but filthy — dirty carpets, rusty sill plates and loose hardware scattered behind the seat; the dash is complete and the steering wheel's wrap is perished.
- The engine bay holds a V8 (the bay's emission label, photographed, reads 350 cu in with a 4-barrel carb), but the bay is full of dirt and leaf debris, the inner wings are surface-rusted and the hood insulation is hanging down.
- Wheels are mismatched: plain steel wheels with whitewall tyres at the front, wire covers at the rear.
- No underside photos at all — with rust already visible at the door bottoms and sills, the floors and frame have to be priced as unknown.
Money: at $4,900 this photographs as a field-find that has not run in years — bid it as a shell plus the loose parts in the bed until the seller proves the engine turns over.
