About this car
1985 Chevrolet K-10 at GR Auto Gallery in Grand Rapids, MI, $25,900. White over Red, 74,386 miles, Automatic
What the photos show
- From a distance the white paint is glossy and the lifted truck sits straight on big off-road tyres and black steel wheels — but the seller's own close-ups tell a different story up close.
- Ruler photos show paint peeling and flaking in patches along a door seam and panel edges, plus several chips down to primer.
- Worst is the tailgate and bed rail area: rust speckling and brown spots scattered across the gate and along the top rail in the final photos.
- The spray-in bed liner itself looks intact and evenly coated, and the chrome bumpers and diamond-plate rear step are bright.
- Interior can't be judged — it appears only through the glass in the 16 viewed; no cab photo.
- Engine bay and underside can't be judged — no photos of either in the 16 viewed, beyond the lift hardware visible in the stance shots.
Money: at $25,900 the stance sells it but the close-ups price it — flaking seam paint and a rust-speckled tailgate mean body and paint money on top of the ask, so value it as a driver, not a finished truck.
