About this car
1964 Plymouth Fury listed on eBay in Los Angeles, California. Listing shows Automatic transmission, Metallic Red exterior. Asking price $36,500 on eBay.
What the photos show
- Bright red paint is glossy and straight in the outdoor set, chrome grille and bumpers bright, hood scoop and big polished wheels give it a pro-street stance — a restomod, presented as one.
- Engine bay is smoothed and painted body colour with the wiring tucked away: built V8 with chrome rocker covers and a big round air cleaner, all of it show-tidy in the final three photos.
- Black-and-white interior is a full custom job — smooth bench and door cards, aftermarket wheel and gauges, and a race-style switch panel hanging under the dash, so this cabin is built for go, not originality.
- Trunk is fully carpeted in black with the battery mounted in it, clean and finished.
- No underside photo in the 16 viewed — floors and the unibody rails can't be judged, and on a modified B-body the chassis work is half the value.
- No legible odometer photo — the aftermarket gauges are seen but no mileage figure can be read.
Money: at $36,500 this is cheap-looking money for the build level the photos show — the gap is the underside and the engine spec on paper; verify both and it reads as value, skip them and you're buying paint.
