What the photos show
- The photos show a project, not a finished car: the front clip keeps faded gold paint, but the rear quarters, roof and decklid are stripped to patchy primer and bare metal with heavy surface rust, and the rear window glass is out with rust around the opening.
- Lift photos show surface rust across the floors, rails and exhaust underneath, and the trunk floor is heavily scaled with rust — budget for metal work, not just cosmetics.
- The engine is present, air cleaner off and triple carburettors exposed in one frame, but everything in the bay is dusty and surface-rusted from long storage; whether it turns or runs can't be judged from photos.
- Tan interior is the surprise: the rear seat and trim look complete and presentable and the dash is intact, odometer reading 21,461 — though the front floor is bare and dirty and the headliner is coming down.
- Two frames photograph stamped numbers on the core support and trunk lip — the seller documenting the car's identity, which is where the value sits.
Money: at $150,000 the photos price this as a rare Charger 500 core, not a car — the case rests on the stamped numbers and completeness, the restoration bill will be very large, and it should be bid as a full rebuild.
