About this car
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 listed on eBay in Round Lake, Illinois. Listing shows Manual transmission, Fathom Blue exterior. Asking price $137,998 on eBay.
What the photos show
- Blue paint with white stripes is glossy and straight, chrome is bright, and it sits on SS wheels with BFGoodrich radials.
- White interior shows in detail — seats, door cards with SS badges, dash gauges — and looks fresh throughout.
- A low rear frame glimpses the finned diff cover and exhaust, which look clean — a glimpse, not an underside inspection.
- Engine bay never appears in the 16 viewed — the engine behind the SS badges can't be judged from photos.
- Three of the 16 frames are dealer advert cards (listing, financing, contact), not photos of the car.
Money: at $137,998 the paint and cabin photograph strongly, but the engine bay and a proper underside look are still missing — at SS money both are must-sees.
