About this car
1986 Ford Mustang GT listed on eBay in Cheswick, Pennsylvania. Listing shows 80,456 miles, Red exterior. Current bid $500 on eBay.
What the photos show
- Red '86 Mustang GT hatchback photographed outdoors: glossy red with the black hood treatment and grey lower trim, panels straight, four-eye nose complete, five-spoke alloy wheels.
- Interior is red throughout — cloth seats, door cards and dash present clean and unfaded-looking, with a white-knob 5-speed manual shifter and an aftermarket stereo.
- Engine bay shows the 5.0 EFI V8 in stock dress — factory intake, airbox and accessories all in place and reasonably tidy, not detailed to show standard.
- Unusually for this price data, the underside is photographed on a lift: floors and rails look dry with road grime and surface discolouration but no obvious rust-through in the frames, and the dual exhaust is intact.
- No odometer close-up or VIN plate is among the 16 viewed, so mileage can't be judged from the photos.
Money: the $500 in the data is not a price for this car — it's a listing placeholder; get the real ask, then verify the torque boxes and the mileage story in person before paying survivor four-eye GT money.
