What the photos show
- White paint reads glossy and even in the MGM studio set; the car wears full '89 Turbo Trans Am pace-car dress — 'Official Pace Car' door lettering, Indianapolis 500 windshield decal, TURBO badges and gold crosslace wheels, which is the correct factory presentation for a TTA.
- Four of the final frames are wheel close-ups — the gold crosslaces look excellent, but they crowd out more useful coverage.
- The tan leather interior gets one frame and looks excellent in it; the rest of the cabin is not shown in the sample.
- Engine bay can't be judged — the hood never opens in any frame, and on this car the turbo V6 is the entire value story.
- Underside can't be judged — there is no lift or underbody photo.
- No VIN or documentation is photographed — pace-car decals are available as reproductions, so a genuine TTA is proven by the VIN and PHS paperwork, not the livery.
Money: at $46,994 the presentation is exactly right — but pay Turbo Trans Am money only on VIN/PHS proof and a look at the turbo engine the photos never show.
