About this car
1958 Chevrolet Corvette at Fast Lane Classic Cars in Little Hills Ind Blvd Saint Charles, MO, $109,995. Cashmere Blue over Interior Color Dark Blue Seat Material Vinyl, 14,333 miles, 4 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Light blue paint with white coves is glossy and even across the panels in the 16 viewed; panel fit looks straight and the chrome — bumpers, grille teeth, wheel covers — is bright over wide whitewalls.
- White soft top is shown up once: fabric looks clean and taut with a clear rear window; the car is also shown top-down.
- Interior is black vinyl, seats smooth and unmarked, 4-speed with white knob, Wonder Bar radio in the dash; the gauge cluster photo shows 14,334 on the odometer.
- Engine bay is clean and dressed: chrome air cleaner, finned 'Corvette' valve covers, tidy wiring — presents as a detailed show bay.
- One flaw the seller's own final photo shows: the convertible-top storage well behind the seats has rust spots and staining on its painted lip — cosmetic, but it's there.
- Underside: can't judge — no lift or underbody photo in the 16 viewed.
Money: at $109,995 the topside photos look the part; the money question is the unseen frame and underside on a '58 Corvette, plus that rust in the top well — budget an inspection before wiring.
