About this car
1961 Chevrolet Corvette at Streetside Classics in Nashville, TN, $86,995. Fawn Beige over None, 354 miles, 4 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Fawn beige '61 Corvette with white coves at Streetside Nashville: the paint is glossy and even in the showroom shots, the body looks straight, and the chrome is bright.
- Wide-whitewall tyres on steel wheels with full covers — the correct period look, all tidy.
- The white soft top is shown raised in several frames and looks clean and tight, with its headliner photographed from inside.
- The engine bay IS photographed — a dual-quad 2x4 carb setup on an orange small-block with yellow plug wires; a complete, driver-quality bay rather than a detailed show piece, and the carb setup is the value item to verify by numbers.
- The black interior looks clean and original-style — seats, dash and 4-speed console all tidy in the frames shown.
- Underside and trunk are never photographed in the 16 viewed; the sample leans heavily on repeat exterior angles.
Money: at $86,995 the car presents as a clean, complete C1 with the desirable dual-quad look — but the premium rests on that engine being right, so check the block and carb numbers in person.
