About this car
1963 Chevrolet Corvette at Streetside Classics in Dallas, TX, $76,995. Riverside Red over None, 2,661 miles, 4 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Red paint is glossy and even across the showroom set; the fibreglass panels look straight with consistent gaps, and the chrome bumpers and rocker trim are bright.
- Whitewall tyres on steel wheels with full covers look fresh and period-right.
- Red interior presents very well: seats show only light creasing on the driver's cushion, door cards and dash are clean, and the gauge faces are clear.
- Engine bay is tidy and stock-presenting: red small-block with a chrome air-cleaner lid and neat ancillaries, no visible leaks or corrosion in the photo.
- The white soft top is shown raised and looks taut, with some age tone visible at the rear quarters of the fabric rather than bright white.
- No underside photo appears in the 16 viewed — on a C2 the frame and birdcage are the money inspection, and neither can be judged from these photos.
Money: at $76,995 the top side of this '63 roadster photographs as a sharp, honest car — the frame and birdcage check underneath is the remaining spend-protection, since no underside photo is provided.
