1965 Dodge Coronet 440

• White '65 Coronet 500 hardtop at Unique Classic Cars; all 16 viewed frames are this car — no foreign frames in the sample.
• Paint is glossy and the body looks straight, chrome grille and bumpers bright, tinted glass and polished wheels fitted.
• Teal interior is covered in depth and looks clean and largely original — bench seats, door cards and headliner tidy, with a trio of aftermarket gauges under the dash; the original 1965 owner's manual is photographed with the car.
• The speedometer close-up shows an odometer reading of 14,139 — on a 5-digit clock that could be 14k or 114k, and only records can say which.
• Engine bay is never photographed in the 16 viewed — the engine can't be judged at all.
• Underside is never photographed — the unibody's rails, floors and torque boxes can't be judged.

Money: at $26,900 the cosmetics and cabin are strong, but a B-body is bought on its underside and engine — both unphotographed — and the low odometer reading needs paper.
