About this car
1966 Dodge Coronet at Unique Classic Cars in Bassett Dr Mankato, MN, $149,900. Dark Blue over Interior Color Blue, 61,004 miles, 4 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Dark navy paint is glossy and even with straight panels on this plain two-door sedan; chrome bumpers look clean and it sits on body-colour steel wheels with small caps — a deliberate sleeper look.
- Blue cloth-and-vinyl interior looks exceptionally tidy: benches front and rear hold their shape with no visible tears, the headliner is taut, carpets are clean, and a column-mounted tach is the only obvious addition.
- Close frames show small honest wear: paint rubbed at the driver's door latch with a trace of surface rust in the final shot — minor, but visible.
- No engine-bay photo in the 16 viewed — can't judge the bay at all, and the underside and trunk don't appear either.
Money: at $149,900 the photos support a very clean, understated car; the engine bay is the heart of the value at this price and it's the one thing this sample doesn't show — see it before paying.
