About this car
1967 Chevrolet Impala at Fast Lane Classic Cars in Little Hills Ind Blvd Saint Charles, MO, $71,995. Red over Interior Color Black Seat Material Vinyl, 6,948 miles, 4 Speed Manual
What the photos show
- Red '67 Impala SS convertible, Fast Lane set: paint deep and glossy, black top photographed both raised (tight and clean) and down, Rally wheels with whitewalls tidy.
- Engine bay is photographed: orange big-block with chrome valve covers and a 427-decal air cleaner in a tidy black bay — the hardware presents as a big-block; whether it's a born 427 is a stampings question.
- Black interior is photographed in depth and looks fresh — buckets, console 4-speed, full gauge dash with tach, wood-rim wheel; even the glovebox gets a frame.
- Underside is never photographed in the 16 viewed, so the frame and floors of a big convertible can't be judged from the gallery.
Money: at $71,995 the top, cabin and bay all photograph as finished; the remaining money checks are the block stampings behind the 427 decal and a lift look at the convertible's frame.
