1978 Chevrolet Corvette

• Black-and-silver '78 Corvette Indy Pace Car edition — the sample is mostly cabin and detail shots plus a seller spec graphic (its callouts — L48 350, mirrored T-tops, 'original documents' — are seller text, not photo evidence).
• The silver leather interior presents as original and very fresh — seats, door cards and dash all crisp — though the footwell carpets and mats show grubby staining in the close-ups.
• The seller's gauge close-up shows the odometer reading 00015 — if that is a true 15-mile reading, the paperwork has to prove it, because the photos alone can't.
• The door-jamb build sticker is photographed but its VIN line is too faint to read at this size.
• The engine bay is never photographed in the 16 viewed, and the underside is never photographed — on a Pace Car, where the premium is originality, neither the engine nor the frame appears in a single frame.

Money: at $56,998 a Pace Car's price is its mileage and originality story — the photos show a fresh cabin and a 00015 odometer but no engine bay or underside, so the documents and a lift check decide.
