This 1960 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible is a beautifully restored C1 Corvette with an eye-catching look and a 4 speed manual transmission to boot! In 1952, General Motors celebrated its Golden Anniversary, recognizing its own achievement of 50 years of automobile production. As part of the Golden Anniversary festivities, GM tasked its marques with producing a show car. Cadillac launched the Eldorado, Buick introduced the Skylark, and Oldsmobile debuted the Fiesta. While all 3 of these cars would be put into production in the following 1953 model year, none of these seem to pale in comparison to Chevrolet's Anniversary 2-seater show car, the EX-122. |

What the photos show
- Red paint with white coves is bright and glossy in every showroom angle; panels look straight and the chrome — bumpers, grille, wheel covers — shines over wide whitewalls.
- Black soft top is shown up in several frames and looks taut and clean; the car is also shown top-down.
- Interior gets exactly one photo in the 16 viewed — a dark dash-and-wheel shot — so seats, carpets and trim condition can't be judged from this sample.
- Engine bay: can't judge — no engine photo in the 16 viewed.
- Underside: can't judge — no underbody photo in the 16 viewed.
Money: the $109,995 ask rests on the paint and presence, which the photos support; everything that decides a C1's value — bay, interior wear, frame — is unphotographed here, so price in an inspection.
