About this car
1963 Chrysler Imperial listed on eBay in Livermore, Colorado. Listing shows 58,791 miles, Automatic transmission, White exterior. Current bid $1,000 on eBay.
What the photos show
- White '63 Imperial Crown four-door hardtop with the FliteSweep spare-tyre decklid, photographed outdoors on dirt: long straight flanks and complete chrome, but the paint is tired.
- The seller's own close-ups show the faults: rust spots breaking through the paint on a door, and the chrome fin spear peeling and corroded.
- Interior is tan and is the car's best feature in the photos: front and rear benches present clean, complete and little-worn at this distance, with the dash and headliner intact.
- Engine bay shows the wedge V8 with its air cleaner removed and the carburettor exposed, dust and surface rust around the radiator support โ it reads as stored and not currently dressed to run.
- Three frames are screenshots (a valuation page, a spec sheet and a collector biography) โ seller material, not condition evidence, and not repeated here.
- Underside is never photographed in the 16 viewed, and no odometer reading is legible.
Money: at the $1,000 in the data this is a starting number, not a buy price โ confirm what the figure actually is, and price in a bay recommission and door/fin rust repair after seeing the floors in person.
