Vehicle Original VIN : 194671S116738 INTRODUCTION: 11,691 actual miles! I personally bought this Corvette from THE original owner and sold it to a serious collector in 2019. I just acquired it back from that same collector, who put only 30 miles on it! This is one of the finest, most desirable 1971 Corvettes in existence. A highly acclaimed, extensively judged and awarded original survivor! It's also loaded with desirable options, including a 454 big block, 4-speed, factory air conditioning, and two tops! And if you haven't noticed, it's finished in beautiful Mille Miglia Red with a black deluxe leather interior. |

About this car
1971 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible listed on eBay in Round Lake, Illinois. Listing shows Manual transmission, Mille Miglia Red exterior. Asking price $116,998 on eBay.
What the photos show
- Same red '71 Corvette convertible as the dealer's own listing, cross-posted here — red paint glossy and straight, chrome bright, wire-style covers.
- This sample shows the matching removable hardtop fitted — paint glossy, glass clear, headliner dark and tidy — a valuable extra the other listing never shows.
- The soft top is only seen folded in its well behind the seats, frame and fabric in view but never raised, so its condition can't be judged properly.
- Black leather seats show light creasing on the cushions — honest wear, consistent with the mileage shown in the sister listing.
- Three of the 16 frames are dealer adverts, not photos of the car.
- Engine bay and underside never appear in the 16 viewed — can't judge the engine, frame or birdcage.
Money: at $116,998 the hardtop is a genuine plus the photos prove; the engine bay and frame remain unphotographed in both listings, so they still decide the deal in person.
