About this car
1976 Pontiac Bonneville listed on eBay in Conroe, Texas. Listing shows 300 miles, Automatic transmission, Grey exterior. Asking price $25,900 on eBay.
What the photos show
- Grey metallic paint is glossy and even, panels line up straight, and the black vinyl roof looks fresh and unmarked in the close-ups.
- Chrome is bright front and rear, the wide grille is clean, and it sits on whitewall tyres with Pontiac rally-style wheels.
- Tan velour interior is remarkably tidy — seats show only light wear and one small worn patch on the driver's seat edge; a modern screen and cupholder console has been added on the tunnel.
- Engine bay is detailed but modified: aluminium radiator, aftermarket intake and carburettor and braided lines — not a stock '76 engine room.
- Odometer photographs at 01,341 on a five-digit clock, so the photos alone can't prove the true mileage; the original window sticker is photographed as paperwork.
- Underside can't be judged — no photo of it in the 16 viewed; a show trophy posed by the car is staging, not condition evidence.
Money: at $25,900 the glossy presentation and preserved velour cabin support the ask for a '76 Bonneville — you're paying for condition, not originality, with the modified bay, so the floors and frame are the check in person.
