What the photos show
- Silver paint is glossy and even and the fibreglass panels look straight in the studio shots; three of the 16 sampled frames are dealer advert graphics, not photos of the car.
- Grey leather interior is clean and original-looking — seats show light bolster wear on the driver's side, carpets and the cargo area are tidy.
- Engine bay is honest and unmodified: the tuned-port L98 with its factory intake runners, dusty and aged in the corners but complete and original-looking.
- Underside can't be judged — no photo of it in the 16 viewed.
- Odometer can't be judged — the digital dash is never photographed switched on.
Money: at $24,950 — very strong money for an '85 C4 — the clean silver presentation helps, but the price needs the mileage and underside evidence the photos don't provide.
