What the photos show
- Light blue metallic '89 Corvette convertible wearing the Callaway AeroBody kit — CALLAWAY lettering across the tail and the Callaway nose badge are photographed, the white soft top is shown raised and lowered, and the paint is glossy over straight panels.
- The seller's own close-ups document the flaws honestly: a fine scratch in one panel, small paint chips at a hood seam, and amber spotting stains on the white top fabric.
- Interior gets only glimpses — blue leather seats through the open top; no full cabin photo in the 16 viewed.
- Engine bay is never photographed in the 16 viewed — on a Callaway the twin-turbo installation is the entire value story and it goes unseen.
- Underside is never photographed in the 16 viewed.
- No Callaway serial plaque or documentation is photographed, so the conversion's authenticity rests on paperwork the photos don't show.
Money: at $65,000 demand the Callaway documentation and a bay photo before anything else — the body kit and lettering photograph well, but turbos and a serial number are what the price is actually buying.
