What the photos show
- A different '79 CJ from the red one at the same showroom in this price band: yellow Renegade with blue stripes, and the blue soft top and soft doors are shown fitted as well as off — the weather gear is all there and looks clean.
- Yellow paint reads glossy and even; polished wheels with BFGoodrich All-Terrain tyres; the roll bar is painted body colour.
- Light blue interior is shown in depth and looks well kept front and back; the speedometer close-up shows 70,085 miles.
- Engine bay gets one photo: the inline-six looks tidy and original-style, not detailed but honest.
- Underside can't be judged — there is no lift or underbody photo in the sample, and CJ value lives in the frame and tub.
Money: at $46,995 the presentation is strong and the top is proven — the remaining question is the one no photo answers: get it on a lift and check the frame and floor pans before paying.
